KidsAlert, we take great care in packaging up
all of our products. We use POSTpak padded bags
for our products, then send them via Australia
post.
All
orders will be processed and send out, with a
confirmation email, within 48 hours of receiving
the payment. Please allow for 5 – 10 business
days for arrival of your order. Whilst most
orders that are made from within Australia will
be received within a few business days,
international orders may take a little longer.
If orders are placed during festive seasons,
postage may also be a little slower. KidsAlert
will endeavour to have your orders to you as
soon as possible and we understand that we need
the products to help keep your sensitive loved
ones or those that you care for safe. If you
require your product within 48 hours of ordering
it, please select the Express post option
below.
All
KidsAlert products are made with high quality
material and are tested for durability, however,
if you deem the product to be faulty, by fault
of the manufacturer, please send it back to
KidsAlert for assessment. If KidsAlert deems
the product to be faulty, a new product will be
sent back to you free of charge.
